SWIMMING COURSE FOR TRIATHLETES AT KALEV SPA 01.05-09.06.2024
Are you dreaming of conquering a triathlon or looking to improve your swimming skills?
Our triathletes' swimming course is exactly what you need to achieve your goals in the water!
COURSE INCLUDES:
- Access to Kalev Spa water park and gym during opening hours (including 50-meter pool and gym) for 3 hours once a day throughout the entire course
- Special open water swimming training in the 50-meter pool every Sunday from 16:00 to 17:00 (coaches Sander Paavo and Andres Olvik)
- Swimming technique refinement training every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00 (coach Margarita Bereževskaja)
- Special general physical preparedness training every Thursday from 18:35 to 19:35 (coach Peeter Karask)
