Integration of Hotellinx Cloud Hotel Software with BeonX Revenue Management Software

As a result of the project, we made the pricing and sales management of Kalev Spa hotel rooms smarter and more efficient.
The new automated system helps us better forecast demand and set room prices according to market conditions. This allows us to offer guests competitive prices and ensure better room availability.
In the bigger picture, the project helps us deliver a better guest experience, manage the hotel more effectively and strengthen Kalev Spa's competitiveness. Greater efficiency and profitability create better opportunities for developing services and maintaining and creating jobs.
Hotellinx Cloud – A Smart Step Towards a Better Guest Experience
As part of project 2021–2027.1.02.25-0479, co-funded by the European Union with €13,996, we implemented an important development: the integration of Hotellinx Cloud hotel software with the company's other systems.
The aim of the project was to make the entire customer journey – from making a reservation to using the service and after-sales support – smooth, automated and data-driven. To achieve this, we developed a software solution that connects all our main service platforms.
With the project we achieved:
- Integrations between Hotellinx Cloud, the water park, restaurant and beauty centre software (Compu Cash), door card system (Vingcard) and accounting software.
- Faster and more accurate data exchanges – less manual work, more automation.
- Improved work processes and increased labour productivity.
- The ability to create better management reports and conduct more thorough data analysis.
- Improved service quality thanks to better cooperation between systems.
This development was not simply a technical upgrade, but an important step towards a digitally smarter and more customer-friendly service.
