Why choose this swimming course?
Under the guidance of experienced and caring coaches, you'll take your swimming skills to a new level in our 50-metre pool. Ten sessions suit every level:
- Beginners – for those with no swimming skills at all, or who still feel unsure in the water.
- Advanced beginners – leg technique, proper breathing, backstroke and breaststroke.
- Advanced swimmers – breaststroke, frog kick, and butterfly for those who can already swim 100m of freestyle or backstroke.
Confidence and water safety
Swimming skills bring confidence in any body of water – a pool, the sea, or a lake. It's part of water safety and helps prevent dangerous situations for you and your loved ones.

This full-service pass to the sports club and water park is the ideal opportunity to take part in some exciting group workouts and then unwind in the water park’s relaxation area or sauna.

SUP training is a fun but at the same time high-intensity full-body workout using the Fitmatt pools in the pool. This workout improves muscle endurance and strength, helps develop coordination and balance and burns calories. The workout has energising music and lasts for 45 minutes. It is fun and varied, while also providing a decent challenge.
Swimming skills are necessary as falling into the water is part of the workout. Only those not giving it their all will be able to stay dry! ;)
Children from the age of 12 who are good swimmers can also take part in the Suppama class with their parents!

The personal training gift voucher is great for anyone wanting to improve their quality of life with training.
If you or your friends need professional advice on starting on a fitness journey, achieving training goals or just changing up a workout routine, our friendly and professional personal trainers are here to help.
The personal training gift voucher includes:
- 3-hour access to the sports club (gym, group and group workouts in water)
- a 60-min meeting with a personal trainer, including:
- body analysis e.g. body composition evaluation
- exercise and nutritional recommendations
- personal training as per the client’s wishes (gym workouts, aerobic training, HIIT, yoga, stretching, etc.)
- 2 hours of free time for independent training and relaxation in the sauna
