It’s never too late to learn how to swim! At Kalev Spa’s adult swimming courses, you’ll learn to move through the water with greater confidence and ease, improve your swimming technique and endurance, and feel more comfortable and safe in the water. Good swimming skills provide confidence in the pool, sea and lake and are an important part of water safety, helping to prevent dangerous situations for both yourself and your loved ones.
The swimming course includes:

10 training sessions in Kalev Spa’s 50-metre pool under the guidance of a professional swimming coach in the adult swimming course of your choice.
With the guidance of experienced and caring coaches, you can develop your swimming skills and progress step by step to the next level.
Courses are available for swimmers of different skill levels:

Beginners – for those who cannot yet swim or feel insecure in the water.

Advanced beginners – kicking technique, proper breathing, and backstroke and front crawl technique.

Advanced swimmers – front crawl, breaststroke and butterfly technique for those who can already swim 100 m freestyle or backstroke.
