Suppama is a fun, high-intensity full-body workout in the pool, performed on special Fitmats. The 45-minute workout develops muscular strength and endurance, improves coordination and balance, and helps burn calories effectively.
The workout takes place to upbeat music and offers plenty of challenge, variety and a great physical workout. Getting wet is a perfectly normal part of the session!
Swimming ability is required, as falling into the water is part of the workout. Those who stay dry are usually the ones who don’t join in quite as enthusiastically.
Children aged 12 and over with good swimming skills can also participate in Suppama workouts together with a parent.

The full-service pass includes:
- the gym
- group workouts in the studio and the gym
- water aerobics group workouts
- water park services
The 10-visit pass allows access to the water park and sports club once per day (Mon–Sun) for up to 3 hours per visit.
When redeeming a gift card for the service, a wristband deposit of €10 applies.
The pass is valid for 90 days from the first activation.
