A 60-minute session with a personal trainer, including:

advice on training and nutrition;

a personalised workout based on your needs and goals – for example, gym training, aerobic exercise, yoga, stretching, etc.;

2 hours of free time for independent training and relaxation in the sauna.

Know your body, understand your results and set more informed goals.
Body composition analysis gives you a clear overview of your body composition and helps you understand the changes that are actually taking place in your body. You’ll learn, for example, your body weight, muscle and fat mass, as well as other important measurements.
The analysis is carried out using the Accuniq BC300 body composition analyser, and a personal trainer will help you understand your results and identify the next steps that are right for you.
The analysis takes approximately 15 minutes.
